Let's be realistic.  How many significant "copy" mixups have there been in the last 37 years?  Maybe 10?  20?  Let's go out on a limb and say 100 - out of nearly 7000 shows.  That's slightly over 1% of the shows.  Don't forget, there's at least 20-30 prize copies per show.  100 errors out of 210,000 plus copies is hardly call what I'd call "FAR from uncommon".
