Bumping recap threads for reruns

I thought the "Season 38 Rerun Discussion" thread in The Talk is Right was meant for posts regarding rewatching episodes as they came and went. Now, 4/1/10 and 3/10/10's recap threads in First Run are being bumped from months ago. Is this OK?

I have no problems if users append to a recap thread following a reair.
