Jeff Davis's last taping is today.  The Halloween show taped yesterday.

Actually, I would think that there's a decent chance that none of them get chosen.

Just like rotating models, we would now have rotating announcers....forever.

Notice how there's not really any message stating that this is a "tryout" period or that there is a job available.

Wonder if we can get a rotating executive producer.....

You are exactly RIGHT on the money. I would bet that they NEVER permanently replace the announcer. That's why they are calling them "guest announcers"! They are thinking they can control this in the same manner as they did the rotating models, and save a bunch of cash at the same time. Rotating announcers will only get an aftra "day rate" per show. Much, MUCH cheaper than paying Rich's contract, or adding anyone new on contract.  Mike Richards is too arrogant to think he can learn from the former producer and the traditions of the show.  He is doing this all wrong. And its one of the reasons I predict the end of the show is near.  No one can "grow" into it in a few weeks, and and thus the show will always be in a state of flux. The days of TPIR running like a "well oiled machine" are gone.

I'd like to see Michael Buffer or Howard Finkel up there, even if only for laughs.

I'd like to hear Randy West. Burton Richardson might be good too, but with him being Todd Newton's announcer on the upcoming Family Game Night, it may not happen.

I wish they would have a professional announcer no comedian trying to be an announcer like Jonathan Magnum. Jonathan Magnum sounds fake like hes parodying an announcer. I like The way Jd Reberto sounds i think hes fantastic hes not yelling like Rich.

Jonathan Magnum.

Jonathan Mangum.

No one seems to be able to get this guy's name right.

And while we're at it...

Jd Reberto

Thanks for the spelling exam

There is little in the world of grammar that bothers me more than spelling somebody's name wrong.

Randy West...I liked him a lot when he was announcing the Barker shows after Rod's death.

JD Roberto is fine, but I'd like to hear the others before making a final decision.
