CSS Results for 9/22/2010 - Season Premiere Week
« on: September 22, 2010, 08:57:18 PM »
Me being out of town really stinks when I have to remote back home to the spreadsheet..
Never the less, a pretty garfy day... The person closest to showcase #2's ARP came from the wrong direction and ended up being the only person going over on that showcase.  I'm not sure why anyone bid under 20K on that boat (maybe because it LOOKED small?  I've got a feeling that motorcycle chair was $$$

Much better scores than yesterday....
First Time we had a chance to try for the Rat Race Casher...unfortunately, no winners.... 4 players all had exactly 1 rat correctly placed... Looks like that's not gonna be won often...hence why the reward is so great

Chad1m and PriceFanArmadillo cash today.  BuddyTom was $90 shy of cashing for the 2nd time this season......beware of Tom..

After seeing that chair, I'm suddenly not surprised that SC2 broke $30K.

Man, I wish KMOV in St. Louis would air TPIR at 10:00 central like just about everyone else.

$20,000 extra cash is a great reward?
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

Over again I went.  Failed I have.

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

I liked my bid on 1, but I (along with practically everyone else) was fooled by that :frbs: on 2.  Oh well, at least I didn't go over - and I got points!

$19,400/$24,300... a heartbreaking way to suffer my first loss of the season. $330! The other heartbreaking part of this is that vadernader told me in chat this afternoon that Armadillo's bids were approximately $20K/$21K, so I was all excited about winning. :-(

76+ points. Not that bad.

This chair was certainly very expensive.
Le Juste Prix, my childhood gameshow, and love TPIR.

HYO: $75,515 (SC 1/2 (loss against a DSW), PG 2/2, getting up on stage 2/8 - 2 FFBC)
CSS: 2 wins, 1 DSW, 2 WSD, $202,298, best bid $118.

I think that the last time we saw a SeaDoo boat was January 15th, 2009.  According to whinbaby:

Ski Boat - $22,999

There wasn't much garfing then, but there also wasn't a really expensive chair in the showcase.  The MINI desk, however, isn't very much at all.  I should know; I've overbid it twice. :oldlol:

The Sea-Doo boat starts at $18k, so it should be equivalent to the 19' WWP or the Maxum Green.

Kristin's bids: $19,400/$24,000... you talk about two close battles! I lose to Armadillo by only $330, but beat Kristin by $300! These have to be the closest-together bids that we've ever had.

She had to leave, but might be able to come back tomorrow... if so, we'll continue catching up then.
