TPIR Australia studio tour

I thought the following video may be of interest to some of you.    In summary, Channel 9's Melbourne studios are closing down and they are moving to a new premise next year.   Studio 9 was a particularly famous studio with many, many shows filmed there over the past 50-60 years including TPIR.   Millionaire Hot Seat is currently filmed there.

This video gives you a good look at Studio 9, with the props from variety show "Hey Hey It's Saturday" still set up.   Hey Hey has a similar studio set up to TPIR with regards to the audience seating and where the set pieces are.   TPIR gets a brief mention towards the end of the video.

That's very interesting are they going to tear down the old studios?

And Millionaire i never new they taped Millionaire in the same stage i thought they would leave the set up.
