How do I go about doing so?

You ask a moderator for it.

The "spinning star" represents that you have been a PiR contestant. In addition, you will also get the title "TPiR Alumnus" and have the date your show aired underneath.

Thanks for the welcome!  I'm trying to think about any funny stuff that Drew said that didn't make it.  There were quite a few stories told during commercial breaks, I recall.  He told a story about a girl who played Plinko and got 3 in a row in the 10,000 spot.  The producers then interrupted the game and told Drew it was rigged.  Turns out they forgot to remove the fishing line they put in there to film a commercial.  They ended up giving the girl the $30,000 she won, and then re-shot it with the original number of chips she had.  Kind of crazy!

I hate to tell you this, but we already knew about that one...it was on one of the first tapings after Roger Dobkowitz was fired.  The show had been taping a commercial for a video game that needed a box to land in the $10,000 slot, and they forgot to take the fishing wire off the board that had been used to guide it there.

You'll find out quickly that we know a decent bit about what goes on behind the scenes at the show here. :)

Clock Game:  Another awesome win!
Side By Side:  Stupid audience!
Switch?:  Nice job! :-)
Plinko:  Pretty nice haul!
Range Game:  Rats! :-(

Good end to the week, IMHO.

I'm not surprised by that at all, actually  8-)  I'm more surprised (perhaps I shouldn't be...) that Drew repeated stories in such detail off the air.  Especially since he had to refer to some of the stage crew for details.  Regardless, funny story.

Steve all but has Roger on speed dial.

(For the record, Roger was the former producer of the show.  Around these parts, the firing of Mr. Dobkowitz is seen as the show's shark-jumping moment...it's no coincidence that the story you mention occurred at the first taping without Roger.)

THe second "bid on" prize in CLock Game didn't used to ever be less than the first prize, did it? That's changed of recent.

Probably December 5, 2006. That was the last time Clock Game and Poker Game were played on the same show. :P
HYO Winnings:
$46,241.21 (Participated in 6 games; on stage 4 times)

POker Game offered $2934 in that show, CLock Game offered between $2399-$2698. The first prize was $699 but the second prize's price wasn't revealed because they never got to it.

I don't think yesterday's playing of Clock Game had a very small prize package.  To meet the minimum $4,000 prize package quota (I think that's what it is?), they had to add a bonus prize as well.  So the prize package involved bidding on 2 items in the 3-figures, and successfully winning both of them in 30 seconds would win them, the extra incentive prize (whose price is pretty much a mystery at that time), and $1,000 in cash.  If not for that, Clock Game probably would have ended up going the way of Poker Game.

So technically speaking, there are really 4 prizes offered during Clock Game nowadays.
