CSS 2011 Playoffs - Game #9
« on: June 15, 2011, 10:21:32 PM »
Well, an interesting leaderboard today.  A newer player finishes at top with a very impressive point earning today.  We have 4 cashes, 1 on each showcase by a playoff and non playoff player.  GR Whammy and Kev pick up more valuable money as we get ready for the final game of the season tomorrow.

Tomorrow, we will crown our 2010-2011 CSS Champion..... And when you see the leaderboard, tomorrow will DEFINITELY decide it.  If you are nowhere near the top remember... A QSW or better can still win if for some of you!

THE QUESTION IS.

DO YOU PLAY?
DO YOU NOT PLAY?
DO YOU FAIL?
DO YOU SUCCEED?

Right in the middle    -___-

I need some kind of surge, but......yeah......

themountainclimber needs to rethink his CSS strategy (not that it matters), 15K would have been better than that for points.

Welp, I guess the draft station isn't $4,000 and Ireland isn't $10,000.

I was completely clueless on SC1, and from the looks of the scoreboard I wasn't the only one.

I'll need either a QSW or a DSW plus overs from Phatboi504 and Hag to have any chance of winning.  In other words, I'd have better odds playing the lottery.

$30,300/$26,200... wow. This might just be the final nail in the coffin for Armadillo. He didn't lose... but he actually managed to score on the tricky SC2, yet blew it. That's a tough one.

I am scared for tomorrow. 1 over tomorrow and I lose. *sigh* I can't be SAWFT, but can't be too aggressive.

And I thought Masterlock's $13K bid from a month ago was bad...then themountainclimber bids a buck?  Yowza.  Maybe Jon gave him the fail treatment during the live results, but I'm surprised it's not red and bolded like masterlock's was...

Anyway, jeez, I thought I had a good bid on SC2...guess people had an even better bid than I did!

Jon did do the Fail treatment, as well as everyone else that was in the room.

themountainclimber: What in the world were you thinking??  :-P

It was bid a dollar or pull a Joseph with $2 million.
I refuse to make a serious bid on a showcase about beer!

If you don't like it, too bad. It doesn't affect you, and I'm already out of the leaderboard.

:gotc: is fine with me!
Bryan

P.s. What is the "fail treatment"?

themountainclimber, you just shouldn't have played then. Your reason is very silly, but, bidding $1 just makes it look so much worse.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

I'm beginning to think I've quit trying, only my brain hasn't informed me of this yet.
