What Veggies Have You Eaten or Are You A Vegetarian/Vegan?
« on: September 30, 2011, 04:50:01 PM »
I've replied a couple time a thread about what meats have you eaten, I'd thought I'd start this thread with this:

What veggies have you eaten, have a favorite, and if anyone in this forum is a vegetarian or vegan?

I love vegetables, the only child in my family who likes to eat them.

I'll eat any vegetable except pork n beans and asparagus.

I'm not a vegetarian. I love my meats. You need them to build protein

I've eaten corn, potatoes, squash, beets, turnips, carrots, beans, celery, broccoli and likely more that I can't think of at the moment.

My favorite vegetable is corn.

I'm not a vegetarian, partly because I feel humans weren't built to eat only plants and partly because I simply enjoy meat.

I'm not a Vegetarian but I eat some veggies.
I like to eat Broccoli w/ melted cheddar cheese on it (I even ate broccoli as a child !),
I also like to eat Corn on the Cob, Tomatoes, and even Spinach.

Whenever my Uncle and I go out to eat, we always get a salad piled w/ veggies and ranch dressing.
What I truly, truly love is V8 Vegetable Juice (better when it's cold), always buy 2 6-pack cases when I go to the grocery store.

But the one vegetable I truly cannot stand is onions (AAH !!! HATE EM')
I don't even use onions when I cook because they make my hands stink for days and my eyes tear up, can't stand it !
I tell my Uncle whenever he wants onions on something, he's gotta cut em' himself because I won't go near em !  :oldlol:

"Say whatever you want to about me, my artwork, etc, I don't really care.
If you don't want me or even like me, then I'm DAMN sure am not gonna let myself want OR
like YOU !"

^ That's my message to all you haters and people who are negative when it comes to me.

I can't think of any that I haven't had.

I'm especially fond of onion in any form (I particularly like yellow and red; leeks are lovely), avocado (mmmm.. guacamole), spinach, and broccoli.

Would that be a vegetable anyway? Beans are legumes and pork is meat...Just asking those of you in the know! I would think if they are, it'd be barely in that category, because it doesn't seem to have nearly the nutritional quality as some of the other vegetables described here.

To answer the original question, I can't think of a vegetable that I have not tried.

I'm not vegetarian but I know a few who work with me.

Veggies I've eaten include potatoes, corn, peas, green beans, onions, mushrooms, celery, lettuce, cabbage, califlower, broccoli, and spinach.  My favorites are just potatoes, lettuce and corn.  I love also green beans when they're not from a can and made fresh.

A Big Rich Fields Drew Carey And Jeff Davis Fan For Ever From Kirsten

Rich Fields Thanks Kirsten. I pick out and supply all of my own clothing. That light gray suit is hard to pair with shirts and ties... but I think the lavender shirt and purple patterned tie pulled it all together.

My Favorite Announcers On The Price Is Right Are Johnny Olson Rod Roddy Rich Fields Jeff Davis.

I Met And Took Two Pictures With Jeff Davis On May 24, 2012 He Is So Nice And Kind In Person.

Rich Fields said this about Drew Carey will always be the first to defend Drew (Carey). He's one of the most genuine, down to earth people in Hollywood that I've ever met. He was the first to come to me and tell me that the show was going in a different direction. He assured me it was not his decision to let me go and I believe him. No one else was open and honest about it, but Drew was. We've continued working together on different projects and we stay in regular touch. We'll be good friends well into the future.

I've had just about every vegetable imaginable... corn (regular and baby), beans (green, pinto, black, snap, string, garbanzo, etc etc etc), peas, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, spinach, celery, tomatoes (red, green, cherry, grape), cucumbers, onions, bell peppers (red, green, and yellow), olives (green and black), pickles, beets, squash, eggplant, mushrooms (portobello, shiitake, regular).

As for my favorite... I have two. Mushrooms and celery.
For my least favorite... brussel sprouts.

And I'm not a vegetarian. Just a guy who happens to like vegetables and meats equally.
That's j-a-c-a-y-a. Just As Confused As You Are.

I've tried all the common ones.  Favorites off the top of my head are peas, spinach, carrots, cucumbers.  I hate cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, raw onions (if in high doses), and radishes.  Non-vegetarian.

I used to hate cauliflower, until I tried Pioneer Woman's cauliflower soup. It's delicious.

No, I'm not Vegetarian/Vegan, but I've eaten some of their foods, some are good (Especially falafel) and some are bland (like vegetarian hot dogs).
