Just like the classics with Jim, Bob and Bill, with a twist: Since there's no Money Cards to get to, and with the intention of formatting this like a game in this forum, I'll change some of the rules a bit. Process goes like this:
- I'll pose the survey question, then ask whoever wants to play how many people they think responded to it in a certain way.
- Once they give their answer, I'll ask another person if they think the answer is higher or lower than the actual number.
- Whoever's closest to the highest number goes to the cards. Each player will have their own row of five cards; whoever makes it across the row first wins. No freezing here. (If the first person makes an incorrect guess, play passes to the other person. If they make an incorrect guess as well, two new people play.)
- Once we reach a winner, the loser gets to play first in the next round against a new player.
I hope this makes sense. If not, it will as we go along. Remember: If you're a winner, you cannot play more than one round in a row.
Alright, with that, let's get to the cards!
[1978-81 music plays as the cards are revealed]Alright, our dealers have cut the decks and the first question is up for grabs! Here we go:
We surveyed 100
bachelors: "If you proposed marriage to the girl of your dreams, and she said she'd accept
only if she could continue dating other men, would you still marry her?" How many bachelors said they would?
Who wants to take a guess? Anyone can be our first player!
