Hey Adam, the scooters in Double Prices were $7,178, not $7,818.

Oh, how I wished for a normal show... and got it. Boo.

Does Mike realize setting Cover up that way is not as advantageous for him? People will go low on the last number sometimes, although if it's -1 it may still work.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

Well...we're back to normal on "The Price is Right"--which means it's gonna be like Texas weather in that we need to expect the unexpected.  Case in point, II was shocked that Danielle came within a single number from winning Cover Up in one shot.  Oh...and I think that Stack the Deck was easily the most "winnable" game of the day, but the wipeout was a real bummer.  Another reason to say we're back to "normal" again:  Showcases on 'roids; the first one was understandable (since it had our favorite Electracraft), the second one...what the hell was in that trip!?!
I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for your love, affection and loyalty to me, drew, the models and.... The Price is Right....thank you for being such a "Loyal Friend & True". -Rich Fields (in an e-mail sent to me on 3/17/2010)

I support The Price is Right...even if nobody I know likes Drew Carey.

5-digit Puch Over, Magic #:  Nice wins! :-)
Punch A Bunch:  Good bailout.  Also good that Kelly gave the $2,500 back.
Cover Up:  I knew Danielle was gonna lose when she chose 6 for the last number on her second chance.
Double Prices:  Rats! :-(
Stack The Deck:  Evil as heck, IMO.

Pretth blah start to the week, IMHO.

Didn't watch today's show because I overslept, but at least I didn't have to watch another loss from Stack. So I obviously didn't miss too much...........to say the least, anyway.

Adam, for the love of all that is holy, STACK THE DECK IS NOT FUN WHEN IT IS ALWAYS SET UP FOR ALL OF THE GROCERIES TO BE MISSED.  Seriously, we have recaps of all the episodes from Seasons 35 and 36, when Roger was setting the games up.  It's easy to look up which of those programs have Stack the Deck on them.  Pull some of them up and see how Roger caused losses in it over those two years.  It is very easy to make this game hard without making it nigh unwatchable.

Is it just me, or does George look like he's been forgetting to comb his hair the last few weeks?

The first showcase seemed like it had a potentially solid theme going...and then it just wandered off in a daze and somehow ended up at a boat.

I noticed it as well, not a fan of it. It was quite noticed when chat saw it.

Punch a Bunch - $5,000 is good good money.
Push Over - Too easy.
Cover Up - What a shame thought for sure she won it.
Double Prices - Tough Loss, kind of a toss up there.
Stack the Deck - Bad playing.
Magic # - Nice win.
2/6 is a fair show today.

can someone explain to me why a trip to boston has to be $12,500?  and why do they make it ridiculously easy to win that trip in Pushover but ridiculously hard to win a car that's $16,000 in Stack the Deck??   Regarding Stack, they should either give the contestant the first number upfront, offer any free # upfront or reduce the choices from 7 to 6 digits at the start of the game.  Steve is right there is a difference between a game that's hard and a game that's unwatchable.

Because an expensive trip may be declined, thereby making an on-air win cost $0 of the budget, while any car is much less likely to be declined.
