Money: First time since my 25th birthday that the season number wasn't in the top-middle square & I thought 32 might be the last two digits, but they thankfully weren't in Elizabeth's case!

Bargain: I would've lost.

C-H: Nice comeback win after that big underbid on the second SP!

IItB: Glad that Jennifer stopped at $4K, because I knew the L-P would've taken her out had she continued.

CoG: Easy.

CU: I was surprised Debra got the first zero but not the other zero at the end.

Showcases: Boy, did we get away w/ a Showcase win today despite both of them being cheap!

Good show today to begin this shortened week.

One of the laziest end-of-season budget mode shows I've seen in a long time. It was good we got 4 wins, but the lineup was ugly, Drew was ugly, and the SCs were... reasonably cheap. I guess that's good, but boy was it surprising.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

Back with a new show today.............

THE BAD NEWS:

Cover-Up: Today's playing was about as good it was gonna be with that. So close for Debra, unfortunately.

THE NOT-SO-BAD NEWS:

IITB: Good thing for Jennifer to bail out on $4000, but for God's sakes, Drew.......What has the Cheetos ever done to you? I really don't think that was necessary, though. Anyway, good for her to bid low on her SC for the win!

THE GOOD NEWS:

Bargain Game: That was quite tricky and I thought the computer was the bigger bargain.

Cliffhangers: I thought after that expensive picture frame, it would be it for Zachary, but he did got the last SP on the nose, so Hans can take a sigh of relief.

Money Game: I was under the assumption that the winning numbers would be 23 and 56, seeing how they might have been setup like that, not today. Good thing Elizabeth picked the 70 for the win!

CoG: That threw me off track, but I guess New York trips are not that heavily expensive.

4.5/6 wins today, all in all, good show today!

It's disappointing that Drew can show so much class one moment, as when he paid tribute to Scott, then do something so completely juvenile as destroying the Cheetos and making a mess someone else has to clean up.
2nd place, 2011 CSS playoffs.     QSW, 3/27/17, 1/15/18. Exacta, 5/14/21.

Pretty "wimpy" 4/6 if I can call it that. The lineup was lack-luster, but oh well. Cliff was a great segment.

It irks me slightly that as soon as Scott is gone they take away the "41" from the top middle of Money Game and stop the Coming or Going Trip rule. :(

I know quite a few people here will get upset over Drew smashing the Cheetos, but I quite enjoyed it. Call it a guilty pleasure. Take that "Cheesy Snack" that shall remain nameless!

being lazy and repeating games

If they're going to slack off on budget $$$ or just be lazy bringing back a game they didn't want -  supposedly due to Barker's insignia

Also, very lazy car choice, they've done this price with this game very recently.

HUGE problem right there, you lazy bum Adam.

One of the laziest end-of-season budget mode shows I've seen in a long time.

I don't know why you think the Producers of the show are sitting around eating sandwiches and chips all day watching football, but I can assure you they are not lazy. Just because you don't like the lineup or the car selection of a certain show doesn't mean you can start calling them lazy, one show or another is going to end up having a very similar lineup or a "boring" lineup or a repeat car setup, there's 180+ different shows each season, it's going to happen.
"Our dilemma is that we hate change and love it at the same time; what we really want is for things to remain the same but get better." - Sydney J. Harris

“For the premiere of season 30, CBS wanted to do a special primetime show. However, they asked that we also add a gimmick or a twist to make it truly special. I came up with the suggestion of taking the show on the road for the first time in its history." - Roger Dobkowitz

Then I guess that explains a whole lot now........They could've just hang on to it as a token to all that Scott has done on the show, instead of doing away with it just because he's gone. Oh well.............

Money Game, Bargain Game:  Nice wins! :-)
Cliff Hangers:  Spectacular comeback!  Easily the highlight of the show.
Coming Or Going:  Nice job! :-)  Again I had to listen for the sound effect because the model & the price tag were off camera!  They either need to do a better job with the camera work or not use the screen behind the audience when this game is played for a trip.
It's In The Bag:  Good bailout.  I thought that Liquid Plumr was cheaper than that.  Perhaps I'm thinking of another Liquid Plumr product.
Cover Up:  Evil, IMO.
Showcases:  I can't believe the showcase with the Hyundai was only $21,000! 8-O  As for the other showcase - I can't remember the last time I saw a showcase that was less than $20,000 in price.

An okay show overall, IMHO.
Velvet Sky - 2 time Knockouts Champion, the hottest Knockout, and my favorite Knockout!!

Money Game: Great win!

Bargain: Same as what Bobby said. I would have lost too

Cliff hangers: That was just lucky

Bag: Quit at the right time with 4k

Coming or going: Too easy

Cover Up: Lost, as usual

Man, those were some cheap showcase today.

Well, this was a tale of two halves. I was actually pretty excited after the first half of the show and the exciting Money and Cliff wins but then it turned out to be just a pretty boring Bag lineup with Money and Cover together (those two cars together should never happen). And Bag and Cover then got stopped by the usual traps. Also, dang it, Drew, I go and say something nice about you, and then you just have to go and crap all over it. Can someone just tell Drew "you're FIRED the next time you do that"? Because seriously, I don't see how anyone can find what he did today funny. I know it all started because he was joking on the Cheetos being unsponsored, which he's done before and is fine, I guess. But geez - he should know better than that by now.

Timings:
Money Game (4.5) - 3:31
Bargain Game (3.5) - 3:11
Cliff Hangers (4.5) - 4:58
It's In The Bag (6.5) - 6:13
Coming Or Going (3.5) - 3:05
Cover Up (5) - 5:08
Total (27.5): 25:06
