My two cents (and I'll be brief):

All in all, Do the Math was the only full win of the day.

Today's show was close to lackluster, until Connie, today's only full winner, won her Showcase, including that Jeep Wrangler!

And I give props to guest model Nancy O'Dell.

The lineup was good... Yep, that's about it.

I don't think Connie understood how to play Do The Math. She told Drew "I think you add money to the scooter," but Drew just thought she meant add to the computer to make the scooter more expensive. She was also noticeably upset when the price of the computer was revealed, which makes me think she originally thought it was more than the motor scooter, and then she realized the scooter was actually more. She won, regardless, but I don't she was playing the same game in her head, based on my observation.
Pardon my language, but I do believe we all need to calm the f*** down.

I'll cut to the chase..........

'Roo had a easy setup. Well, particularly for the price of the Insight (Obviously, the missing number was 1).

L7, however.........Guess Mike didn't want that to be won.

Connie, thankfully, saved this from a bigger disaster because of DTM.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Mostly, this was a drag....I didn't even bother to watch the 2nd SCSD and the Showcases, for that matter.

And Nancy O' Dell.........As much respect I have for her as host of ET, her being a Price guest model? No. Just, flat-out no. Next time, they should get Maria Menounos instead.

I wasn't impressed with the Grand reveal with Nancy. It was very awkward.

Just going to post this here since I'm confused.

PIR.com has tomorrow listed as a repeat.

CBS.com has tomorrow listed as a first-run episode.

Which one is right? Or do we need to tune in tomorrow to find out?

Lucky 7: Tough setup with no middle numbers used at all.

Do the Math: It gave us our only win but it was also confusing.  It did seem as though the attempt was to add money to the scooter. It didn't really seem understood that whatever was done, add or subtract, was done to the computer to get the scooter.

Balance Game: Too bad. That was a nice trip.

Switcheroo: Not very good. Only 1 right each try and not close to winning the car.

Most Expensive: I suspected the TV was cheapest.  Picking the most expensive of the other 2 prizes was hard. Unfortunately the wrong choice was made.

Grand Game: Easy start much harder finish. Too bad.

Showcases': The better showcase was won.

Not very good obviously.

Hopefully next week will bring better results.
Adjustments that should be made to pricing games to make them fairer: Secret X: Add a 3rd SP so that perfect pricing ensures a win. 1/2 Off: Add a 4th set of SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Master Key: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Rat Race: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win.

The following pricing games should be retired because there's no way or no easy way to make them fair: Spelling Bee, Plinko, Punch a Bunch, Pass the Buck, Let em Roll, 3 Strikes.

The following retired pricing games should be revived: $uper $aver, Give or Keep, Buy or Sell, Hurdles, Bump, Penny Ante, Credit Card, On the Spot, Split Decision, Add em Up, Walk of Fame, Barker's Markers, Magic Number.

I wasn't impressed with the Grand reveal with Nancy. It was very awkward.
I think she was a little bit of a "deer in the headlights" for a good amount of the show. If I was her, I wouldn't quit my day job.

Quite obvious that Lucky Seven was meant to be not just lost, but lost quickly. I know they're trying to cut corners to save time, but this is ridiculous.

Showcases': The better showcase was won.
Each Showcase had an automobile, and the Showcase with the Mini Cooper was more expensive, so that was the better Showcase, not the one with the Jeep.

Nancy O'Dell's showcase included a mention to how she didn't have much time to talk about the prizes.  She then proceeded to flap her gums with sounds that I could only presume were sentences, but to me they only came out as rage-inducing nothingness.
Torgo has left the building. John and I never really cared for the way he presented himself.

So would that make Nancy O'Dell the first female to call someone down on The Price is Right? (Whether this trend of guests calling people down is a good thing... I'm not sure.)

Also, that Lucky Seven setup makes me wonder if they borrowed some of Harry Friedman's evil pills.
