Grand: I would've also lost by choosing the Soft Scrub third.

TTM: 3rd win of season!

Switcheroo: I would've also put the 1 in the car.

Showcases: I knew the first one would be worth more than the one w/ the car in it.

Nice start to the week.

Nice TTM win! :)

I don't know why Drew still doesn't use the word "price" when explaining the rules of Switcheroo. Then today he basically tried to help the contestant by pricing the prizes himself out loud, especially the note dispenser. Turned out that was the only prize she won.

The hints that these were premium trips were the words "all inclusive" and "first class". Pays to listen to the prize description...

Grand Game: Tough setup. I thought the cleanser and body wash would be the 2 to leave out and I would have lost by going tissues, meal, toothpaste. Also this game is NOT "won all the time." This is a pretty good game to see 1st. Too bad only $10 was won.

One Right Price: Accessories aren't my favorite prizes but the computer was nice. Too bad it wasn't won. I would have won as the specs in the computer indicated an expensive machine.

That's Too Much: Always great to see a car won. This time going 1 more paid off.

Shopping Spree: 1 of my favorite multi prize games. Easy win of some very nice prizes.

Freeze-Frame: Good win of a wonderful trip.

Switcheroo: Ouch!

Showcases: I preferred the showcase that was won.in spite of it being cheaper.

Bad start and end with a good middle. Much like Friday this was a good but not great show.
Adjustments that should be made to pricing games to make them fairer: Secret X: Add a 3rd SP so that perfect pricing ensures a win. 1/2 Off: Add a 4th set of SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Master Key: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Rat Race: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win.

The following pricing games should be retired because there's no way or no easy way to make them fair: Spelling Bee, Plinko, Punch a Bunch, Pass the Buck, Let em Roll, 3 Strikes.

The following retired pricing games should be revived: $uper $aver, Give or Keep, Buy or Sell, Hurdles, Bump, Penny Ante, Credit Card, On the Spot, Split Decision, Add em Up, Walk of Fame, Barker's Markers, Magic Number.

A decent start for this week.

THE BAD NEWS:

Grand Game: Well............Ashley is $10 richer now (The toothpaste was really questionable) and she won her SC with the Sonic!

ORP: I really thought the accessories were the right price. That was a tricky setup.

Switcheroo: A note dispenser is hardly anything so that was bad. Tough break for Melissa G.

THE GOOD NEWS:

TTM: Whattya know? Armando's wife really helped him win today by making him go one more. Good job by both!

Shopping Spree: Easy setup and win by Glenn!

Freeze Frame: What's cool about today is that Laura Buchtel from WWL-TV lend a hand presenting the New Orleans trip since I do watch Price on WWL-TV. Good win by Melissa K.!

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Nice 1/2 and 1/2 show and more of Chrissy!  :-D :-D :-D

There's no way I would've ever won Shopping Spree - those bikes did not look like they were even close to being worth over $3,000.
So this is the "get off of my lawn" stage of my life.  I'm not impressed.

The key to Shopping Spree was to realize the foosball table HAD to be under $1000. The bikes were more expensive than I would have thought but as long you understood that the foosball table HAD to be under $1000 it was an easy win.

I'm going to be starting a new business manufacturing bicycles, because apparently this

is worth $3,398. If anyone is interested in this gigantic money making opportunity please contact me. I expect to be a millionaire within a week.

....All joking aside, an alright show. Was nice to see TTM won, but man they absolutely did not want Grand Game won today.

Well at least he didn't say "we don't care about the other prizes. We just want you to win the car."
