I'm going to start labeling playings of Money Game like today's as "typical Money Game playings"—playings where the contestant picks the front/back two digits after 2 tries, then loses on the last 2 tries. There were several of them back in Season 40.

Ean was so full of energy today, he literally jumped at the wheel! When's the last time that happened?

Today's show would have been more funnier if Skye played Lucky Seven.

Today's show would have been more funnier if Skye played Lucky Seven.

I had mixed feelings about Skye. I started to root against him after he pointed to himself figuring he'd won after the first one-bid. He seemed very enthusiastic but also a bit conceited. He "fought the hard fight" however, and I started to like him after his tough loss in Pocket and his Big Wheel shout-outs. In the end though, I was hoping Rene would win her showcase over him winning his, and she did.

What happened at the end of Most Expensive with Kalyn & George, and seeing Drew react and Rachel get involved reminded me of good ol' Price. :)

Today, I think some people thought that Money Game was a bit hard.............but I didn't think it was that hard of a setup.

A lot of times, contestants, like Rene (unfortunately) would end picking the highest numbers for the last two numbers of the car. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's pretty common. On the chat, I pretty much nailed it with the 19 and 56 for the two missing numbers, seeing that the Jetta had a reasonable price. But at least Rene end up getting a car in the end............Even though it was a Spark.

I did liked what happened when Kalyn won ME (I was way off on that one) and she "killed" George. That was pretty funny!  :oldlol:

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Win-wise, just 2 wins.............But at least today give away a lot more than 9 bucks like yesterday. Show-wise, it had some good contestants. Some had a little more energy than others (Ean and Skye) but they really did enjoy themselves. And nice to see Chrissy in a swimsuit on P-A-N. Too bad this is her last day.

She won the Versa, not the Spark. Besides, winning any car in the Showcase makes up for not winning a car in a Pricing Game.

Range Game: Very good win of a nice trip.

Money Game: My favorite game. This could have been won. I thought the 19 was the correct number in the price of the car. The key to winning this game is to not take 3 guesses to get the 1st 2 digits thereby leaving yourself more guesses for the last 2 digits in the price of the car.

Most Expensive: Nice win. The paddleboards aren't my favorite prize but those TVS are a fantastic prize.

It's in the Bag: One of my favorite games. Not a good playing today unfortunately.

Pick a Number: Neither my favorite game nor my favorite prize. Still too bad to see it lost.

Pocket Change: Uneven playing combined with bad luck.

Showcase: Both showcases had a car so id be happy to see either won.

Good 1st bad 2nd half. Better than yesterday but not too great.
Adjustments that should be made to pricing games to make them fairer: Secret X: Add a 3rd SP so that perfect pricing ensures a win. 1/2 Off: Add a 4th set of SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Master Key: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Rat Race: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win.

The following pricing games should be retired because there's no way or no easy way to make them fair: Spelling Bee, Plinko, Punch a Bunch, Pass the Buck, Let em Roll, 3 Strikes.

The following retired pricing games should be revived: $uper $aver, Give or Keep, Buy or Sell, Hurdles, Bump, Penny Ante, Credit Card, On the Spot, Split Decision, Add em Up, Walk of Fame, Barker's Markers, Magic Number.

A couple of things I noticed....
I hated that weird spastic dance Ean did.   I wish he had done less of it.
Chrissy also did this wierd move every time they showed her. Like somebody pushed a start button.  Can't wait until the guests are gone for good
I am really glad to see Drew talk about the money in Money Game.
Nice win on Range Game

While the ME segment was hilarious, a clear look at this video at the 15 second mark will show she clearly tripped over the ME logo.
