2ftPo1: Sorry, Jennifer, but small appliances usually aren't THAT cheap these days.

an: It wouldn't have worked last time, but the backwards run of numbers trick would've worked for Erin today if she had used it right away.

FF: Fairly easy.

Bullseye: Neat that Drew revealed all the prices after the first-try win.

F-F: Tough break.

Pathfinder: Well-played!

Showcases: Not sure what's w/ the recent increase in some of the Showcase due to those pricey boats after what we saw last week.

Better ep. than I thought it would be today after yesterday.

2 for the price of 1: I had priced the countertop appliances at $840 when I saw the setup. I would always choose the tens digit as my free digit if I were playing this game. $540 seemed to be too low. Today's contestant cleary underpriced those items. That kitchen was a nice prize and it's really ashamed it wasn't won.

Any Number: I never pay any attention to jewelry whatsoever but I will admit the watches looked nice. But Any Number is about cars and it's really too bad that Mazda wasn't won especially considering today's contestant got off to a good start.

Freeze Frame: Pretty easy win.

Bullseye: Well played win nets some very useful prizes.

Flip Flop: The Auruba trip sounded fantastic and I liked the pictures used in the prize description. I would have lost by only flipping. It's too bad today's contestant only flipped because it looked as though he really thought about flip flopping.

Pathfinder: Really good playing by today's contestant to get both the hundreds digit and the tens digit in the price of the Chrysler right on the 1st try. The heater was a pretty easy setup. Great way to finish off with a car win.

Showcase: Despite being $12000 cheaper I preferred the showcase that wasn't won as it had the Scion in it and I MUCH prefer cars to boats (I'm not a boat person). I also really liked the other prizes in the car showcase. It seems to me that every showcase round is now car vs boat.

I loved the lineup. Any Number,Bullseye, and Pathfinder are favorite games of mine. And there were no bad games on the show today. The weakest game was Freeze Frame and even that's a decent game. Great to see a show free of both games where perfect pricing still allows for a loss and that snoozer Double Prices.

3 wins with something won on the Any Number loss,a strong lineup, and a Pathfinder car win to finish the show mean this was a good show today.

Adjustments that should be made to pricing games to make them fairer: Secret X: Add a 3rd SP so that perfect pricing ensures a win. 1/2 Off: Add a 4th set of SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Master Key: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Rat Race: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win.

The following pricing games should be retired because there's no way or no easy way to make them fair: Spelling Bee, Plinko, Punch a Bunch, Pass the Buck, Let em Roll, 3 Strikes.

The following retired pricing games should be revived: $uper $aver, Give or Keep, Buy or Sell, Hurdles, Bump, Penny Ante, Credit Card, On the Spot, Split Decision, Add em Up, Walk of Fame, Barker's Markers, Magic Number.

A 1/2 and 1/2 episode today.

THE BAD NEWS:

24TPO1: Tough break for Jennifer...........Dumb zero.

Flip-Flop: Guess Theodore should've flipped and flopped. At least, he won a boat.

THE NOT-SO-BAD NEWS:

A#: Well, Erin won some nice watches.

THE GOOD NEWS:

Freeze Frame: Easy win for Evelyn!

Bullseye: Right on the nose by Logan!

Pathfinder: The nuts almost come close in screwing Theresa over to winning the Chrysler.............Good thing she got the heater right for the win!

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Good show today...........but two FRBSs this week so far?! Wow.

A Pathfinder win is always great. I thought for sure the Chrysler 200 would be $20K; that it wasn't and that 2 of the 3 SPs were on the easy side made this a much more fair setup than this game has been.

And it was a nice touch for Drew to reveal all the prices of the GPs in Bullseye, if only for those playing along with different GPs.

I would also like join those giving props to Drew for revealing the grocery items. When you get paid as much was one does in the show business like this, you need get all of the little intricacies right, and not just the basics and motions. People play along at home (or the crowd), and it's nice to see Drew pander to them, as well.

I would also like to give props to the Showcase writers on the Superhero theme. While they're still away off from the production values and elaborate skits from the Roger era, I appreciate what effort they are putting into the presentation. In fact, the old skits didn't directly involve the contestants that way very often, so in that sense, I could say that at least in this particular instance, it's better. Good job, guys!
