Episode No. 6635K Tape Date: December 12, 2013.
Bob's birthday. :)

Balance Game for a car. I also didn't expect the Kia to be so inexpensive (relatively speaking).

I liked Andrew's beard. It's too bad he didn't choose the third number after getting a product price correct in Stack. That way he would have known the car wasn't $20000+. (By the way, I didn't think the product setup was particularly difficult today. I knew the 15-count package of Allegra price was far more than $7.99, and I figured that the candy cost more than $2.99.)

I hope everyone has a good weekend.

Stack the Deck was unfortunate. Given the way Andrew chose the numbers, had he gotten all 3 GP pairs, the last two digts would have been a gimmie.  That being said, I can't fault him for pricing the Jetta at $21K.  I was shopping for one last weekend, and they ranged from $19K-$21K.

Well, despite no car wins, today was better than yesterday's skunk-fest.

THE BAD NEWS:

Balance Game: Since when did a Kia Soul start having a price like that? I mean, it's not like Cynthia was playing for a Spark (Which, funny enough, was shown on SC2), and I wasn't expecting for the Soul to be that cheap. I really thought it was $17495 as the right price.........But I guess it wasn't meant to be won. And Cynthia is Car Loser / Boat Winner #7.

Stack The Deck: (sighs)........Pass. Well, I will say that I like Andrew's beard.

THE NOT-SO-BAD NEWS:

Plinko: Piss-poor winnings aside, $500 is better than nothing.

THE GOOD NEWS:

Do The Math: Good win by Joycelyn!

Shopping Spree: Good thing Gene didn't pick that bike.

Coming Or Going: Easy win by Bambi!

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Average way to end the week and month, but again.........Better than yesterday.

Drew's hosting of Shopping Spree continues to be egregious. PLEASE stop assuming that one prize will always be worth more than the amount left to spend at the end. One day it's going to bite you.

I also noticed this and was a bit perturbed because mathematically it's not true. That being said, "egregious" and "PLEASE" is laying it on a bit thick.

A slight correction:  The ARP of the bike in Shopping Spree was $599, not $600.  The revealed tag was shown very briefly while Gene was celebrating with the models.
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".
