I have a huge problem w/ OA- the ARP of that car as described was $18,732, not $18,632 as announced. A technical win should've been awarded (this is the second time this season I've seen something like that).

Huh? Proof?

The options for the KIA Forte were the carpeted floor mats, cargo net & paint/fabric protection; when added to the base price of $18,275, it should've been $18,732 instead of $18,632.

Going to ask this, you have any sources for this?

I get the price of the non paint/fabric protection items from Carquotes.com.

Well....................Thanks to Sidey, at least we don't have to worry about another skunked show today. For now, anyway. I also think that future contestants need to avoid trying to slam dunk on GG.......It does have some wins due to it, but now it's too much of a gamble.

And the nuts really stepped in it. Twice (on OA and Mathy).

THE BOTTOM LINE:

I guess A win is better than NO wins. And Ashley sure did redeemed herself......Rather she got the Mustang than that Scion on Pathy.

I don't think Mike and Co. would overlook something like that. And if they did, we would know there'll be a mention of a OA tech win on the end credits, which there wasn't.

My two cents:

One Wrong Price: Somehow, I knew the TV was not $999. I knew a 60-inch was more than that.
One Away: Tough break. But I don't think there was any error.
Grocery Game: Another attempt to go for a slam dunk. Didn't work out.
Side by Side: Today's only full win. Not bad.
Pathfinder: So close! But at least she redeemed herself and won the Mustang Showcase!
Do the Math: Tough break. 'Nuff said.

Showcases: Though the Showcase with the motorcycle and watercraft was good, almost nothing beats a Mustang.

From time to time, Showcases with a Ford Mustang V6 Coupe would be overbid bait. But not today, thanks to Ashley.

I guess the reason why they didn't have a technical win on OA was because the third digit wasn't ultimately changed in the end (no matter what it was) & it should have been.

He's actually right this time, it should be $18,732. We saw the same Kia in Lucky $even on 6/10/2014 but that one didn't have the Cargo Net, which today's did. Cargo Net is $50 thus $18,682 + $50 = $18,732. It didn't really effect the outcome in One Away so I don't know if it should have been considered a tech win but I believe he is right.

^ Well, Bobby is right and I can't argue with that.............But extra $50 feature aside, I pretty much doubt it's enough for it to make it a tech win.

However, the one on 6/10 had Bluetooth, this did not, unless I missed it.

However, the one on 6/10 had Bluetooth, this did not, unless I missed it.

I believe Bluetooth is standard with it, like power windows.

Using other recaps/games it was previously in and various car price sites I have determined this:

Base = $18,275
Cargo Net = $50
Carpeted Floor Mats = $115
Rear Bumper Applique = $75
Paint/Fabric Protection = $217
Add those up and get $18,732.

Here's something I should've mentioned earlier: If Lei Lei asked for 9 of the Dr. Pepper instead of 10 and still go one of the Cracker Jack, then that would've been a good slam dunk:

$1.99 X 9 = $17.91

                 + $ 2.29
                 _______

                    $20.20

I have to applaud Drew for revealing all the grocery products' prices in Grocery Game.  For the folks at home who did not make the same moves as the contestant, it shows if our strategies would've worked or not.

Pathfinder was heartbreaking to watch.  If only Ashley didn't incorrectly price the nut chopper, she could've had another chance to win the car.
