Eazy - I had the drums and golf clubs switched around.

Bee - R! R! R! R! YAY! Nice win.

BBB - Pretty easy, but still a win.

Range - Yeah, that camera shot kind of gave away the result, but what can you do? Surprised me when Bob mentioned the game before they showed it or the prize.

Cover - There's that low 4th number again....

Hi Lo - Nice, easy win.

Showcase - I enjoyed seeing both of those. Not for the CSS, obviously, but the themes were nice. And the cues.  :-)

Easy as 1-2-3: It was a tossup between the golf clubs and the drum set, and she went the right way!

Spelling Bee: Nolan's travel mug exacta saved his butt here.

BBB: Easy.

Range Game: First loss today.

Cover Up: Perfect show was never going to happen with a setup like this.

Hi-Lo: Easy.

Showcases: The showcases were pretty nice today. And the Solstice makes its first appearance on the show!

Overall: OK show today.

Easy As 1-2-3: I would put the golf clubs as #2 and the drums #3. Wrong for me. Right for Janice thanks to the peanut gallery.

Spelling Bee: All down to the last card either an R, one of the 2 cards in which it says "CAR", or another dreaded C or A. Luckily he got the R to get that car. As a fellow Canuck I say  "Well done Nolan."

Barker's Bargain Bar: Knew it was that sofa. Simple as that.

Range Game: When Sarah stopped that range finder too soon I knew a perfect show wasn't going to happen.

Cover Up: It was either 1 or a 6 as the fourth digit. I went with 1 and win it there.

Hi-Lo: Pretty simple.

SS #2: I wanted Sarah to win. But with 20 cents though it was highly unlikely that was gotta happen.

Showcases: I was rooting for Kelsey to win. I thought that Solstice was pretty expensive. As for the Nitro I was 50/50 on that one because of the shape of that vehicle.

It's great that 4 hotties were called. It's just too bad only one of them made it to the showcase. Maybe it will be better tomorrow when it comes to selecting contestants.

Easy as 123 - Were those the golf clubs that were seen on the last playing of More or Less?

Spelling Bee - Nice win

BBB - That was an easy setup

Range game - Sarah stopped a little too soon.

Cover Up - Its hard when you get 4 numbers right on the first round.

Hi Lo - easy

Showcases - WOW! A Pontiac Solstice. Those were 2 great showcases

My Bids: $33,000/OVER | $26,000/$5,something

Grade: 7.5/10

Just a decent show--nevertheless....

Easy as 123: My hunch was the Peanut Gallery's hunch: Cookware 1, Drums 2, Golf Clubs 3.  Janice won thanks to the Peanut Gallery.

Spelling Bee: A very nice win by Nolan.  Perfect guess on the travel mug saved his butt!

Bargain Bar: This was pretty easy for Kelsey.

Range Game: Sarah stopped TOO SOON!  There goes our chance at the perfect show.

Cover Up: Roger didn't want this won today.  2 repeating digits--1 and 5.  Getting 4 digits right on the first try meant CATASTROPHE and it happened to Michelle.  Tough break.  I had a sinking feeling the 4th digit was a 1 and I was right.

Hi Lo---Easy win by Griffin!  He got the dining room for his house!

Showcases: Roger loaded the Pontiac Solstice today.  Tough break for Kelsey--I thought she had it.  Griffin made an excellent bid!

I tell you we are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overdue for a DSW. Plus after seeing a lot of these contestants making great bids on their showcases I'm surprised we haven't had any other than Vicky-anne's.

Anyways, time to get to work!

Eazy as 1-2-3:  I didn't know that the golf clubs were THAT expensive, but a nice win nonetheless!

Spelling Bee:  NICE!  It's a good thing Nolan got the coffee mug right; otherwise, he would've been sunk.

(Bully's/Barker's) Bargain Bar:  Easy pickin's...

Range Game:  Yeesshh...what a downer to start the second half!

Cover Up:  That was just plain E-V-I-L...

Hi-Lo:  Usually, this game is hard, but this was an easy setup today.

Showcases:  I'll have to pay attention to the price of a Solstice, just in case one shows up again.
I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for your love, affection and loyalty to me, drew, the models and.... The Price is Right....thank you for being such a "Loyal Friend & True". -Rich Fields (in an e-mail sent to me on 3/17/2010)

One-Bid #1:  Fireball Hottie #33--Michelle!  :-P

PG #1:  The audience saves her!  I suspected that the drum set was fairly cheap, as compared to other sets offered on this show.  And more often than not, if no brand name is given on his/her golf clubs, they tend to be really expensive.

PG #2:  Nice acting job by Bob!

PG #3:  Yay!  Half-Off cue!  :-P

PG #4:  Definitely way too early to stop the range finder.

PG #5:  Two 1s and two 5s in the price?  That was a mean thing to do on April Fools Day, Roger.

PG #6:  Easy Hi-Lo setup again.

SC #2:  A what?!  A Solstice?!  Oh great... another new model of car that I can't price for s**t.

My showcase bids:
Nitro--$29,130
Solstice--$35,400

Result:  Yep, I called it in the chatroom--I DSWd/Willied.  *grumble*
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

You know, I've never liked the way Bob's been revealing the last card in Spelling Bee for the last year or two...but maybe that's because he always seems to do it on losses.  His fake-out today was great.

Just once, I'd like an audience to moan when someone gets four numbers right in Cover Up on their first turn.  It gets really old constantly being reminded that no one understands the game correctly.

I liked Griffin, despite his Showcase bid.  It's refreshing to see a college student get so excited over winning a dining room.

Eazy az 123: I wonder if I would have listened to the audience on this one. They were very persuasive on this one today.

Spelling Bee: I'm sure some of us would have gotten the three cards already. At least Nolan made it up with the travel mug. This is one of the only times when I would be happy to see an R. Thank you very much for making me feel this way, MPAA.

Barker's Bargain Bar: Any sofa that's only three digits and with a price like that, it has got to be a bargain.

Range Game: My whisper number was around $7499. I wanted the range finder to be around the $7450 and $7499 ranges. Boy, I wonder if I was going to be away by so little.

One Bid 5: That Family Guy clip came to mind here. Instead of the profane response, I get the buzzers instead.

Cover Up: Ugh. I totally thought covering up the 8 with a 9 would work, but I still thought Michelle would get it wrong.

Hi-Lo: Hmm, this wasn't too bad: Just leave the unbranded grocery products for the Low row and go for the products you would get at the pharmacy sections.
