The East Coast feed was interrupted by a news bulletin on the Pacific Northwest train wreck that occurred after the first SCSD, so we missed out on a great Stack the Deck win and a dollar in the second SCSD.

Very nice to see Stack the Deck (or as I hatefully refer to it "Suck the D*ck") perfectly played and perfectly won. I can't remember the last time the contestant got all 3 SP's right and then used them to take the last three numbers in the car like that. Textbook playing.

You show the $600 difference in Bargain Game for the desk/computer, as compared to the $1200 difference for the washer/dryer, as a win-- shouldn't that be a loss?

It was a win. I put the wrong item as being picked

The last Contestant to Correctly guess all 3 Grocery Items , then pick the last 3 Numbers in Stack the Deck,  and win , 6/22/16

That is a rarity to get a win on Stack the Deck as it is considered one of the harder pricing games to win.

A $28k 3-wheeler roadster being played for in Secret X was quite a rare prize to see, not to say pretty expensive for a pricing game like Secret X, although the prize was lost.

I'll probably watch the pre-empted part of the show tomorrow.

A $28k 3-wheeler roadster being played for in Secret X was quite a rare prize to see, not to say pretty expensive for a pricing game like Secret X, although the prize was lost.
I would say that "the powers that be" really wanted it won, with the Secret "X" being in the center.

Also, I think Drew did a good job with Temptation today. Good explanations, tying the gifts to the holiday theme, skipping the fourth digit for suspense. And hey, I agreed with his thoughts on the $800 camera. Nice, or at least nice-looking. :-)

SLLLLLINGSHOT! I really don't know why I like the slingshot, but it was there.

Also, ouch for not realizing that the hair remover was pretty much an As Seen on TV item. Not a bad start for this week.
"If any show, forget sports, Price is Right, [the audience is] the star of the show. Somebody... coming on down and losing their minds, and ... crying, that's the show. The show isn't me, the show isn't necessarily [a] can of soup, how much that is, it's watching people go bananas, and there's going to be some of that missing."

-Drew Carey, interview with Athletic, September 16, 2020

"I honestly thought the doubler was gone, but 9821 going $0 makes sense"

This is what I was going to post. Skipping the fourth digit when the fifth was obviously right given the 1/5 choice was truly active hosting and demonstrated high situational awareness.

Stack the Deck (or as I hatefully refer to it "Suck the D*ck")

How about you don't anymore, at least on here?

There are a lot of off-color nicknames for games that I'm okay with seeing on this site.  This isn't one of them.
