Opening titles question

I don't know if this question has been asked or not, but I have a question. It has to do with the opening titles as seen before Rich calls the first four contestants to come on down.

Examples: Join The Fun! Prizes Galore! #1 Game Show, etc.

We all know that one of the TV cameras superimpose the flashing lights border onto the TV screen, but the question is: How do they superimpose the opening titles onto the TV Screen? How does that process work?

They come from Chyron. The words are basically typed in, saved, and keyed on screen in the control room.
