I am stunned over that TWO DOLLAR overbid.

For those who missed it or passed it by to get to the comments, Kelsey bid $22,500 on her showcase and the ARP was $22,498. If that's not a painful loss, I don't know what you call a painful loss.

Well, if she had gone over by just $1, that would've been even worse, and it's happened before. Poor Kelsey...

Freeze Frame- Tossup between $7,898 and $9,832.

Lloyd played Five Price Tags very well, I was quite surprised he said true for the hair curlers. They were quite generous with the fake price for the steamer.

Very easy Double Cross, the winning combo was the only one that made sense.

Tough choice between the scooter and the washer/dryer being the most expensive in Easy As 123.

Wow was Grand Game easy. The sleep aid and sunscreen were very clearly the products to avoid.

What a bummer for Kelsey, just 2 measly dollars over. I just knew she was going to be painfully over when Drew read 22-thousand the way he did.

Hey guys...

Thought I might mention that Kelsey is a very good friend of mine. I've known her and her husband Ethan since freshman year of high school and we were very close all throughout.

She used to watch the show with her grandmother (and I think she mentioned that while spinning the wheel) so we had a mutual interest. She and I would sometimes play pricing games on my computer during yearbook class.

I've only seen her a handful of times since high school graduation but I did talk to her today. One thing she told me was that Lloyd did not own a car so she was happy that he won.

She also said all of our pricing game playing in the past came in handy during Grand Game. I'm assuming I'll be getting a check in the mail soon...  :-D

No seriously, I knew she had went to the show and it would air today, but I had no idea she got called down until I was watching it. Needless to say, I almost busted several holes in the floor of my living room for jumping up and down so much!

I'm so glad she got to live out one of my dreams and I hope I get to also someday!

Just watched the show. Over by 2 dollars in the showcase. Wow.

However, great win in Five Price Tags. 3 picks earned, only needed 1, and I always find it a little more exciting when the contestant earns a choice with a “True” (Yes!) than with a “False”.

I thought Drew did a especially good job hosting That’s Too Much! and Grand Game. Very nice contestant interaction and reaction. And while I’m still not a fan of putting the body kids on contestants, it was interesting for me to hear the conversation after Grand Game was won (before the commercial break began.)

Moreover, I wonder for how much longer will those in Contestants’ Row be fooled by the butcher block table and cutlery set. Again, they all grossly underbid.

$2 overbid - ouch, but what a great contestant she was.   Nice to see the interaction with Drew as they went to commercial.
