Personally, I feel like $1,000,000 Chance of a Lifetime in its first season had one of the best:

Password looks like any idiot could have made it up, but we have 14 of our people working on that show. There is a great complexity behind the screen. It requires great work to keep it simple."

Firstly... Big bucks, big bucks, no Whammys, STOP!

Secondly,  how did the pyrotechnics not send up the studio in flames? Seemed kinda near that curtain backdrop...

Thirdly,  I was always fond of the win sequence on the Bob Eubanks version of Dream House (mostly cuz of the musical cues).

I myself liked the grand prize celebration on the Lange $100,000 Name That Tune, with small firecrackers going off on stage and multiple torrents of balloons cascading down on Jim and the winner.

I think some of you misinterpreted the question.

Press Your Luck has the best winning “sequence”, with all of the square lights flashing on and off, the incredibly catchy theme music, and the contestant’s score flashing with a neon outline.

I have to agree with Press Your Luck, but IMHO, the best winning sequence is if the Scrabble Sprint champion goes for thee progressive jackpot at the end of the show and wins it by getting 2 words right in under 10 seconds. A fanfare plays while the progressive jackpot & the Scrabble logo zoom in on the bottom middle of the screen several times, and the best part is that sirens, alarms & bells are going off & blaring in the background. Too bad there were no alarms with Peter Catella & Mark Dauberman won the $55,500 jackpot. The alarms did go off when a guy named Jack (who was one of the first contestants on Scrabble) had won 5 games. Honorable mentions go to Tic Tac Dough (love the fanfare they use in the main game when either the champion or the opponent wins the game. If the car is won, a longer fanfare is played, and the longer fanfare plays if the bonus round was won) and The Joker's Wild (love the fanfare on this show too!!!) and of course, The Price is Right (in most cases if a cash game is won, especially Grand Game..... love Grand Game's flasing ligts and hearing the DSW alarm going off while the theme is blaring in the background).
