Giants head coach Pat Shurmur and Browns head coach Freddie Kitchens have felt the guillotine of Black Monday as has Redskins president of operations Bruce Allen. Ron Rivera, recently fired by Carolina, is expected to take the HC job at Washington.

Now it's official: Ron Rivera is the new Redskins head coach.

Anyone up for a playoff simulation on Madden 20? That game is an instant collector's item, as it celebrates the NFL's centennial season. (BTW, I just bought it to go with my new PS4, along with two other sports games whose names should not be disclosed here)

After an inconsistent and underachieving season, the Cowboys are moving on from Jsson Garrett. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/28412867/cowboys-move-jason-garrett-source-says
Adjustments that should be made to pricing games to make them fairer: Secret X: Add a 3rd SP so that perfect pricing ensures a win. 1/2 Off: Add a 4th set of SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Master Key: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win. Rat Race: Add 2 more SPs so that perfect pricing ensures a win.

The following pricing games should be retired because there's no way or no easy way to make them fair: Spelling Bee, Plinko, Punch a Bunch, Pass the Buck, Let em Roll, 3 Strikes.

The following retired pricing games should be revived: $uper $aver, Give or Keep, Buy or Sell, Hurdles, Bump, Penny Ante, Credit Card, On the Spot, Split Decision, Add em Up, Walk of Fame, Barker's Markers, Magic Number.

Maybe we can finally beat them next season.

If the NFL isn’t rigged, the refs are doing a terrible job proving that.

A key sack by J.J. Watt turns things around for the Texans in the wild card game. Once trailing 16-0 in the 2nd 1/2, the Texans come back to win 22-19 in overtime as Watt, Watson, and Hopkins made key plays during the comeback.

How Watson avoided getting sacked by two Buffalo defenders I'll never know.  Meanwhile in Foxboro, it looks like pea soup for dinner.

The Titans have eliminated the Patriots in what could possibly be the end of the dynasty. Former Patriot Logan Ryan with the pick-six dagger.

This also means the AFC Divisional round matchups will be Titans at Ravens next Saturday and Texans at Chiefs next Sunday.

Eagles now giving 1. Was listening to WEEI in Boston this morning, and suffice it to say they are not happy campers. They're saying everything from the Mohamed Sanu acquisition being a joke to the team buying into their own bumper sticker philosophies then tanking.

60 minutes weren't enough but the Vikings still upset the Saints. Seahawks/Eagles to follow.

And Kirk Cousins sends the Vikes to the next round.
