On the bright side, only 5 months until this dark cloud we call 2020 gets outta here.

That should be Mahlon Reyes, not Mahlon Reeves.  My mistake.

Trini Lopez, actor-singer perhaps best known for his 1963 recording of "If I Had a Hammer" and his role as Pedro Jimenez in the 1967 WWII epic "The Dirty Dozen," has passed away at the age of 83 due to complications of the coronavirus.

Lopez's passing leaves Jim Brown ("Robert T. Jefferson") and Donald Sutherland ("Vernon L  Pinkley") as the last two living cast members from "The Dirty Dozen."

Jesse Goins, one of the stars of Gold Rush, who was discovered unconscious by another crew member on Tuesday night while on set in Colorado and rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead at age 60, cause of death not disclosed.

Chadwick Boseman, best known his roles as real-life historical figures Jackie Robinson in "42", James Brown in "Get on Up", and Thurgood Marshall in "Marshall", and for his portrayal of the superhero Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films passed away today at the age of 43 after a 4 year battle with colon cancer.
