I could be wrong but I think the reason may have been the obituary being picked up again after actress Sarah Paulson shared a photo of her in the past few days of her as Linda Tripp for the upcoming FX series "American Crime Story: Impeachment".

Vancouver actor Kirby Morrow, who was Captain Dave Kleinman, the Daedalus Bridge Officer in Stargate, and the voice of Miroku in the English dub of InuYasha, died suddenly yesterday at the age of 47. The immediate cause of his death is currently not known.

Morrow also served as the second voice of Goku in the Ocean Studios dub of Dragon Ball Z, which aired on Cartoon Network's original Toonami block from Episode 160 to when U.S. distributor Funimation took dubbing in-house.

Herbert F. Solow, the man who helped produce classic TV shows like the original "Star Trek" and "Mission: Impossible" while at Lucille Ball's Desilu Productions, has passed away at the age of 89. No cause of death was listed in the article linked below.

Diego Armando Maradona, who rose from the slums of Buenos Aires to lead Argentina's national team to victory in the 1986 Men's Soccer World Cup, though having substance abuse problems before finding becoming a coach, passed away Wednesday at age 60 after suffering a heart attack at his home.

Poor Peter, he's lost two good friends in recent weeks. First Alex Trebek and now Abby. Has to be rough on him. Hope he's holding up ok at the moment.
