You don't see Cover Up being played with perfect strategy twice in a row very often. That was a beauty.

The rest of the show was great. Only downside was a forced loss in Grand Game.

Each half had a car win where the contestant got off to a good start, had a hiccup in the middle, then had a strong finish.

Tough second prize in Secret X, my reasoning was that the frother probably wasn't more expensive than the mixer. Turns out it was twice as expensive.

By which you mean the pain reliever turning out to be less than the bath bars, even though it didn't look so at first?

My thoughts exactly. I never would've assumed that the brother was that expensive, and I would've lost both Secret x and Grand game the exact same way that both Jessie and Carol did.

Exactly. I too assumed that the Tylenol was more than $5.50 and not the bath bars. So, I would've lost the same way that Carol did. Regardless, it was still awesome to see two car games won for just the second time this week!

That's two aired Cover Up playings in a row now where somebody got the maximum five chances! Nice!  :-D

It's interesting how more contestants seem to be aware of Lucky $even's cars almost-always ending in 9 than 10 Chances' zero rule.

Cover Up: As mentioned above, this was the second straight playing where the Cover Up strategy paid off--Morgan would have lost on turn 2 if she hadn't used it. Also, I'm very glad Drew explained the pictures were of "pop" related things, as I would've never figured it out otherwise. That was almost at an Only Connect level of thinking.

Grand Game: I had no idea you could get pain reliever for less than $5, unless you buy individual pills. I know there were only 24 in that package, but still, yikes.

Lucky $even: Terrible mid-game (seriously, people need to stop guessing 5's), but excellent last pick to recover.

I will say, this week is the best week all season. Really looking forward to Thursday-Friday.
Bring back Penny Ante, but have it with 3 prizes, one grocery item/prize, 5 pennies, and a $3-5K bonus for playing perfectly, and maybe, just maybe, I will enjoy the show more.

Edit: The showcases are better, so the show is being enjoyed.

Nice win in Cover Up. I can't really tell if Morgan was using the strategy or not. Either way, no other game on the show rewards overpricing a car as much as Cover Up.  :-D

Overall, another great show with 2 exciting car wins

... and snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.  Given most people would've guessed 5, this is one of the better wins of the game.
