Sooner or later, everything old is new again. -Stephen KingWhy not do another one? Another script is ready, another
fantastic batch of fake prizes are loaded up to be given away. All that's missing are the contestants!
This one will be traditional in format. Nine contestants will be picked, six pricing games, Big Wheel determines who gets to the showcase. But that doesn't mean there won't be a few surprises around every corner! Some of these prizes and games might keep you on your toes...
- As before, audience participation is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! Jokes, banter, memes, are ALWAYS welcome! Shouting out prices and advice is welcome, too, at all times except during the IUFBs.
- I’ll PM you when you are called on down the first time, but after that, it’s your responsibility to check this thread at least once a day! (PM beforehand if you think you may need special circumstances.)
- All players are on a 24 hour time limit for responses. If you miss your deadline in contestants’ row you get a strike. Two strikes and I reserve the right to call a replacement player the next round in order to give somebody else a chance to participate. Miss your deadline in a pricing game and it’s an auto-loss. So please please please, don’t forget to check the thread!
- Don’t try to google prices, of course.
- Do not chew gum on television!
- And most importantly… have fun!!
Now for your audition question:
Although the format is traditional, there is a theme. This episode is going to air next year during "Recycling Awareness Week". We’re looking for contestants who are enthusiastic, but also are willing to support the theme, who will come to the studio dressed for the occasion.
Normal dress code still applies, no costumes (this isn’t Let’s Make a Deal) but an appropriately designed T-shirt with a good slogan just might catch the eye and make the host laugh.
What do you put on your T-shirt? (bonus points if you actually design a virtual T-shirt)
I want to make this show the best it can be, but I also have some IRL things to deal with this week. So I'm keeping sign-ups open for seven days, closing at
11:59 PM EST on Saturday, April 25th.Good luck!
