I'd suggest taking the fifth spot.  I'd normally be pretty confident that the fifth digit was either a 5 or a 0, but with all those options, there's no telling.  Also, if it's worth anything, the EX is a slightly higher trim of the Civic, starting at (I believe) about 23k or 24k, though even that might be a little bit low.  And while none of those options sound all that expensive by themselves, I'm fairly confident that with that many of them loaded on this thing, it's gonna cause this to be high 20s or (unlikely but still maybe possible if the options are expensive enough) even over 30k.  That's just my two cents though.

So here's my strategy suggestion:
1. Pick a 1. If it's not there, choose 2, 3, 5, 7 and win.
2. If the 1 is there, then pick the 3. If it is there, then the last two digits are 5 & 8 or 6 & 7; choose 5, and you'll know which combination is correct.
3. If the 3 is not there, then you're down to 1259 or 1268, but you have no wrong choices left. So let's get into the head of the producer. Had the 9 been an option and you selected it as your free digit, this would've been too easy. So if the 1 is there but the 3 is not, the 1268 combination is the most likely one. Choose 2, 6, and 8 and hope for the best.
