First, a big thank you to tpir04 for creating this game and allowing us a really fun two months.
Congregations to Five Price Tags for joining Grocery Game in the Pricing Game Hall of Fame. I do agree Five Price Tags was definitely a better winner than Any Number would've been, though I do like Any Number. I disagree that Any Number is boring. I think Any Number is always exciting when it comes down the last 3 numbers with 1 vacant spot each on the car, prize, and piggy bank. It also has exciting moments due to comebacks and playings in which contestants fill the car price in in order. That said, Tags is a better game. The true false portion is unique in that Tags is the only game that uses it and it's a fantastic test of pricing skill in both parts and is a 2 part with an actual fair 2 part game that isn't luck based. I agree with Pass the Buck being last as it's way too luck based and is the only game in which perfect pricing can literally lead to nothing, not even SPs. I actually like Vend o Price. I love the giant vending machine and I like how the game makes you think about the most expensive shelf instead of just the most expensive item. I think 32 is pretty fair for Vend o Price.
Other than Plinko surviving 40-45 spots too long, I mostly like the list. Disappointed Golden Road couldn't win, but a top 5 finish is still an outstanding performance.
Offhand, I guess that Time is Money make the biggest jump and Pushover took the biggest spill. I like both games. I think Time is Money is fantastic test of pricing skill and I love its aspect of the better you do the more you win and Pushover is actually a fairly fun quickie with the blocks and such.
Again, thank you, tpir04 for putting the time and effort into creating this thread. It was truly fun to not only play but also to watch.
