He's set the lamp at $61, the cello at $946, and the trip at $9,784.

I ask you,

is...

he...

a...

winner?

*BUZZ!*

*trombone player lets out the losing horns*

No. Man, that's tough luck. I'm sorry, rockyboy.

The good news is, you've won both IUFBs so far, and you've won $1,865 so far, which keeps you on the board for the showcases. We'll have a third IUFB coming right up, after these words.

Bidding for the next IUFB will begin at 10 PM ET/7 PM PT, or in approximately 8 hours. Stay tuned!

Welcome back! Second verse was same as the first, and we're still hunting for a pricing game winner. We just may get one with this next IUFB. And what is it we're bidding on, Announcer Dude?

*an upbeat brass version of Africa is played*

It's a chaise lounger!

Filled with premium mattress-quality foam, this contemporary modular chaise is very relaxing. You can sit on it, or lay down on it, and ideally it makes your room look more inviting by having this thing in it. You know, after writing it out, "chaise" doesn't even look like a real word. It's one syllable where almost every letter gets equal emphasis. Chaiiiiiiiise. Back to you, gamesurf!

And that chaise will go to the closest bidder without going over. As before, anybody is eligible, raises must be at least $20 over the top bid, and underbidding is allowed on the opening bid only.

Best of luck! Bidding is now open!

*in lieu of traditional think music, a brass version of Ghost Riders In The Sky is heard*

Bidding will close at 10 PM ET/7 PM PT on Wednesday, July 22. Happy bidding!

Live for the present.  Embrace the future.  Our favorite game show is still producing excellent, high quality, exciting, hour-long* shows every weekday throughout its traditional season window.  It’s as good as it’s been in a long, long time.  If the 1980s were the ‘good ole days’ for the Barker era, so is RIGHT NOW for the Carey era.  Don’t worry about what the future holds.  It will play out in due time.  Enjoy what we have right in front of us in the meantime!

I'll jump to $750. And I can't help but wonder if "chaise" is going to be to AnnouncerTron what genre is to Alex Trebek .

Well, since I got the meme bid in, then I'll raise my bid to $1818 and just freeze, which should be around how many minutes the bot is stuck contemplating chaise chaise chaise
