Stand-by tickets

Today I got 2 stand-by tickets in the mail for the June 1st taping.  I have been to several tapings before but have never had a stand-by ticket.  Do these people ever get in?  What are the chances of getting in and do you just show up at 9am instead of staying in line all night?
