Using Etickets Question

Since the etickets have your name on them, are you the one that has to use them?  Can someone else use them if they have your name on it?

I have given out (forwarded) my etickets for April 23rd and May 1st.  They were able to use the etickets.  

I asked them to call CBS first to make sure that it's okay.
