If the second contestant actually ended up spinning a 5 after the first guy got a 10, I probably would've fainted.

EDIT: As soon as Secret X was revealed, I knew that the X would be at the bottom. The placement of the X isn't random.

The highlight of the show today being the 1st 3OT spinoff of the Drew era , and the 1st time since Valentine's Day 2005

The curse of the bottom X in Secret "X" continues. The last time there was a bottom X win was Xmas eve 2010 , the only win in the Drew era with a bottom X

I find these make-up shows with a pregnant Manuela a bit discombobulating.

If the second contestant actually ended up spinning a 5 after the first guy got a 10, I probably would've fainted.

Not me.  I don't think I would've laughed either.  Just one of those situations that's just part of life.  In other words, being a victim of bad luck, but following several chances in which one could persevere.  3 OT for the SCSD was pretty much the only highlight of the show I have to conclude (and IMO).  However, while it's easier said than done, one has several chances to beat the other

Swap Meet was the only game today that was meant to be won, and that's just what we got. To the Penny was not played very well, though I didn't blame him for bailing when he did with a tough choice between $3.49 and $4.79 for the pizza snacks.

The highlight today was definitely the triple spin-off in the second Showcase Showdown, and to think Joshua was just inches away from winning with 10 cents.

I was also sure that the Secret X would be on the bottom with a Volkswagen at stake. I bet they were going for a wipeout this time. They didn't get that, but they also didn't get a contestant who was confident enough to place two X's on the bottom row.

That second Showcase Showdown was particularly funny with the low numbers in overtime. We nearly topped it off with the dime followed by the nickel.

Laurie would have won Freeze Frame if she had remembered to pull the lever rather than saying stop. Going around again gave her time to change her mind.
