MK: VERY glad that Andrew got both keys on that one!

DP: I had a feeling the trip was $13,000+

DC: Thank goodness that John stayed at the beginning!

L$: Good thing Joann chose 5 as the last number or she would've been doomed!

IitB: Honestly? I too thought the last bag had to be the dog food and not those darn olives

2ftpo1: I would've picked the first number and the rest would've been a cake walk

All in all, more decent than yesterday. That's for sure.

This was one of those shows where they wanted to be in budget mode but the contestants caught them. They hid the Master Key at the far right (the key the fewest number of contestants pick) and then tried a nasty price in Lucky $even. But Andrew and Joann were having none of that! Well done to both of them, and if only Abisola had trusted herself instead of listening to the audience, we would have had a Bag win to boot.

I notice the numbers in 2 For The Price of 1 light up their usual electric-blue color, as they always have (incidentally, the characters in the game’s name are actually a pinkish color, which I never noticed until I saw the game in person at a taping).

But I’m noticing that a lot of other games with electric-blue colored lights, whether they be neon or backlit (including Cover Up, It’s in the Bag, Rat Race, Pick-A-Pair) are looking much paler this season.  I wonder what’s going on with that.  Maybe lighting in the new studio, and the cameras are automatically adjusting such that the colors on these lights are washed out…?  Just another little detail I’ve been seeing this season.

DP and DX back to back kind of raised alarm bells in my head, but I guess it's alright. This was also a pretty good use of car 4th for once.

It's interesting Bag setups have become so dead easy on the first four, then a tossup at the end. Didn't end up with a win this time.

241 had to be the most needless loss of the season... you can't find a TV under $800 anymore, right?
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

She also wouldn't have been doomed if she chose 3 or 4.
