I straight up can’t even remember the last time that someone continued on an Ace, much less drawing back-to-back or even multiple in the same playing.

Wow, Race Game's new jukebox looks spiffy! We were wondering where it went for three months, now we know!

Just kidding. Race Game's jukebox looks the same as it always did. Neon, eggcrate, everything.

Why was it gone for three months? Who knows!

Really... unique show today. The return of Race (since Oct 9), the first $1,000 bailout in Spelling Bee since Season 44, the first Card Game player EVER to keep drawing after TWO Aces (at least since tpirstats started keeping track in S30).

Strangely enough, NOT the most expensive GP to be used in Hi-Lo. That would be a $35.57 70-ct of Allegra from S43.

Myself, I would have just taken the sure $3,000 in Spelling Bee. The odds of finding a C, an A, and an R or one of the two CAR cards just weren't in his favor. Otherwise, not a bad show, especially with one car game won plus a car in the showcase.

First playing with two aces but not ending on an ace? Interesting. Get the feeling there was editing / how Drew explains the ace was a factor.

S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

If only Amberlyn would have "known the rule" and ended her bid with 251 instead of 000, she would have won both showcases.

("Don't you mean 250?" No, because if a showcase ends in 250, someone with a bid ending in 000 could still win both. It has to be 251-999.)

Why was [Race Game] gone for three months? Who knows!

This is a pure guess, but it might have been scheduled on 0402L, which doesn't seem like it was ever produced.

However, either 250 or 251 would have worked here :)
