Michael's 12 draws in Card Game are the most since October 14, 2014 (13 draws by Jackie Kersey-Hardrick) and the most in a win since March 27, 2009 (13 draws by Jennifer Tweedlie).
Watching since the late 2000s, playing along since 2021.

Bargain Game: Hawaii is farther from LA than NYC so it was likely going to be the bigger bargain.
Card Game: Impressive win with 12 draws. Usually, people are in a hurry to stop and stop way too soon.
To the Penny: Wise for Sharon to stop with the $6,000 after not having any pennies left and 4 answers from which to choose. Especially since mosquito repellant ended up being more than she thought.
SCSD 1: Awesome $11,000 win from DeShawn with those two hard spins.
Balance Game: That trip to Sweden was a toss-up between $10,394 and $12,395.
Side-by-side: While $5,197 didn't seem like enough for that dining room set, $9,751 seemed far too high.
Rat Race: Awesome of Afton to get three rats, something you don't see much, too bad she only got the water cooler out of it.
SCSD 2: Awesome to have another $1.00 spinner, this one was several spaces short of winning any extra money, though.
Showcases:  Oh, bummer, DeShawn has become the latest :wsd: victim by $188. At least it wasn't a double overbid.

Those were the quickest draws I've seen in Card Game since Bob was the host.

Such bad luck in Rat Race. That was the worst one could do with 3 rats.

Good job Drew with the pause after "38 thousand" in the show's final segment. :-)

Am I crazy or did Drew seem to be in a bad mood?

He seemed to ignore the contestants. The Card Game player was calling out a price he seemed to know he want and Drew kept talking over him. None the les he played the game expertly. That opening bid was set up to cause the game to be lost and the contestant knew when to stop.

That was one of the best, most decisive, games of Card Games I’ve seen in ages. What a well earned and deserved win.

Howdy All!!

Barkers Bargain Bar:  Easy breezy

Card Game:  There is a man who knows his way around a Card Table.  Do head to
Vegas and soon partner

To The Penny:  I HATE this game for some reason.  Bring back the Original Penny Ante!

Balance Game:  Poor Jamie is out of balance, in a joking way…lol

Side By Side:  My granddaughter could and would won that as our contestant did today

Rat Race:  Too bad so sad

Showcases:  A PAINFUL over bid.  At least Jamie got back in balance…lol

Michael definitely earned the YouTube highlight video for his Card Game playing on today's episode.

I am happy for Jamie's redemption with the Showcase win after the Balance Game loss.

I had an inkling Deshawn overbid on his showcase. I did not expect him to be that close the actual retail price.  8-O

So what is the most known draws in Card Game, throughout its life, win or lose? (I realize some playings took place on shows where furs were awarded thus would be unknown to us.)

I think 13 draws are the most on record.  If I get around to double checking Seasons 11-15 and whatever else I will.  However I don't know if that's necessary since the car values were less back in the day.  Furthermore, early on they weren't using 5-digits cars.  Therefore I imagine we weren't seeing people draw a dozen times, more or less

My guess is that, given what you're saying, the mid-1970s (when most Card Game cars were in the $3,000-$4,500 range) most contestants drew no more than six times, but it maybe got closer to 10 for some by 1983, when the typical Card Game car was in the $6,500-$7,500 range and before the $2,000 opening bid was given at the outset.

I guess their rule of thumb must have been that the given car's ARP should be no more than $5,000-$6,500 above whatever the opening bid was at the time.
