I think that we’ve gotten to the point where a DSW can easily exceed $100,000 without too much cash assistance from the Showcase Showdown.

The most ever won by a DSW winner ( Daytime ) that didn't win any cash at all was the X-mas Eve show in 2010 , $101,244

I remember that episode. It feels like showcases are slowly getting more expensive though. Winning a $27,000-$30,000 car in the pricing game, then winning both showcases totaling over $70,000, would put someone at $100,000. Not sure what the Christmas Eve prize breakdown someone.
