The site's been going down a bit more lately than we're used to. Not sure why, but since as far as I know nobody could get to the site during the latter half of the show today, there was no CSS.

It's a pity. I played myself and scored 95.82 points. Always when it doesn't count! :rollold:

also guys, in case you werent aware there was a Fake CSS held in the TPIR '08 chatroom. here is the game's results:



(had Tom joined us, he would've had the most points! also a slight issue with the Stagey bids delayed the ability to finish the board until Joe's recap came out. at that point this thread was created, and im posting the results here simply to save Tom the trouble of editing his opening post.)

Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

Drat.  I would have bid $33,630/$18,430.  Probably good for more useless cash, even though it didn't beat Tom's score.
