Hello everyone! I am going to do a throwback TPiR. The prizes and prices may be 2006, but imagine yourself in Studio 33 in 1972. Johnny Olson will be the announcer, and the lovely Janice and Anitra will be modeling. I will be hosting this half-hour show, with 3 pricing games and the top two winners in the showcase. This will be fun of everyone. The show will begin as soon as we get six signups.

A 24-hour time limit will be in effect. Two misses in Contestant's Row will result in ejection. A miss during a PG will mean an automatic loss. A miss during the showcase will result in ejection.

Johnny: A trip to Lake Tahoe! (Anitra models the sign)

You and a guest will fly round trip from Los Angeles to Reno, Nevada, for a limousine ride to beautiful Lake Tahoe for a 6-night stay at the Sheraton Hotel! You will see the scenery that is Lake Tahoe.

That trip will go to the one of you who bids nearest to the actual retail price without going over. We will start at my far left with sideshowPA.

Dude, I gotta tell you...that wasn't really a long-enough sign-up period.  You should keep it open for at least 24 hours.

Sorry about that. I am still new at this, so help me out as much as I can. I got people to sign up so quickly I was surprised.

It's cool.  You made it clear in your opener that you were looking for 6 contestants.  I just like to keep it open for at least 24 hours, let anyone who might have an interest sign up, then choose random contestants.  It's probably a good sign that you got many volunteers quickly.
