I would think that Bob this late into the run wouldn't allow it to be thrown in, but was Bob EP at that time? So close to winning 3 Strikes there.

For what it's worth, this appears to be from the Season 17 premiere, episode #6941D.

Does that season premiere decoration by the doors remind anyone else of Five Price Tags?
