I have a question
« on: November 01, 2006, 04:46:25 PM »
Hey all.  I just want to verify an address.  When writing Bob, I'm writing him to thank him for 50 years of great family entertainment, do I use the ticket address and replace the word Tickets with Attention Bob Barker? Thanks.

Yes, fan mail should be directed to the same 7800 Beverly Blvd. address.

No, take that out.  As Scott mentioned in another thread, the pages would very much prefer if ticket requests were simply and only ticket requests and not letters harping on about your fandom of the show.
Roger Dobkowitz's Seven Commandments of The Price Is Right:
1. Tape and edit the show as if it were live.
2. Never tell the contestant what to do.
3. Size matters. (The bigger the prize, the better the prize and the bigger the reaction.)
4. All prizes are good.
5. Never do anything on the show that would embarrass a parent with a kid watching.
6. Never put on a prize that would make the show look cheap.
7. It’s the game, stupid! (It’s about the game.)

That's what I would've figured.  If I was 18, I could just leave it there!  :-)
