Good pick in Most Expensive. Smart shopping. :-)

Just had to go with probability in Bonkers.

Drew has definitely gotten better at building up a bit of suspense when revealing the actual retail prices.

Pass The Buck! One of my favorite games! Three picks total, and all three were used! And yes, $1,000 is better than nothing.

10 Chances! Another of my favorite games on the same show? Yes!    $380 for the boxing system?? (Really??)  I chose $930 first for that. Somewhat challenging setup of digits for the car (8 0 1 9 2), but I would have started with $21K. Knowing the “zero rule” would have helped today’s player a bit.

Double overbid in the Showcase. And neither bid was that close.

I hope everyone is having a safe holiday weekend.

Double overbid in the Showcase. And neither bid was that close.

Considering that a Double Showcase Winner occurred on Friday, it makes sense that one of the showcases today was cheap.  Budget mode at its finest.

Also, this is likely the first season with no Dream Car Week since Season 41.  It gets me wondering if budget issues may be the reason for the absence of Dream Car Week this season?

Excluding playings where the contestant never made it to the car, that was the first car worth more than $20,000 offered in 10 Chances since 1/13/15. In a weird way, having a more expensive car may have been the result of being in budget mode, as contestants are more likely to try $1x,xxx car prices in 10C, especially when the 2 is shown on the far right of the jumbled up digits.

I was surprised they didn't do more of a red, white, and blue motif on the set today for Memorial Day.

I thought Most Expensive was a tough choice between the steam shower and bikes, I went steam shower myself.

Terrible playing of Bonkers-- hardly any of her guesses went higher than 4 for the first digit and all she had to do was go with the odds.

Pretty difficult SP setups in Bonus Game, but at least they put the bonus in one of the easier ones.

I would've went with $19,xxx and $18,xxx first for the car in 10 Chances. She did definitely waste a few though not following the zero rule and lowballing.

Boo, another Showcase double over :(

Woof, another double over. This DOB has gotten out of hand, I think we're closing in on 15 this season alone.
