Very unfortunate, he was great in An Officer and a Gentleman. RIP.

Just as Adam Sandler (the actor, not the TPIR producer) announced a sequel happening for Happy Gilmore

granted, part of what drew people to the original was Barker vs Sandler, which any followups can't replicate due to late last year with Barker's death

Ironically I just the other day watched Back to the Future Part II, in which he plays the Western Union guy who in 1955 delivers Marty the letter Doc wrote in 1885.

Robert MacNeil, journalist and half of PBS's MacNeil/Lehrer Newshour, age 93 of natural causes. MacNeil was in Dallas covering JFK's motorcade in 1963 for NBC and furnished reports of the shooting and subsequent death of the president.
