At the end of today's program, I was certain that Roger produced it.  Stellar lineup, very contestant-favorable setups, and showcases with coherent themes and one that was full of furniture.  Even though it was a 1/6, an absolutely enjoyable hour.

Note to the staff: model more programs around this one.

Love Gas Money's changes, too - makes the game much easier to understand.

Nice to see Gas Money return. Too bad it was lost, but at least the change they made to the game makes it easier for Drew to explain.

I think the 2nd half saved this show.

$25,000!!!!

Gabriel took the loss in Plinko well, and made it up great.

Alakazam Perfection on Double Prices.

Only thing I don't like about today's showcases were the FRATS. This is all of that. I kind of hoped Gabriel would've won. Dang boat.

Marcus on Clock Game was a total ding dong. This was the same two prices Cynthia had in the MDS. :|

We get a super-rare easy setup for once, and Marcus blows it by playing Clock Game insanely slow. That's very frustrating.

Nice job jumping the gun on the car cue in Any Number, Stan.

Doubly so after Daphne's pitiful playing of Race Game last week.  Some folks just don't get the concept of a "ticking clock."

Someone who attended the taping would need to explain things, but I'm sure that, aside from just plain poor editing, there was a reason why Lisa's bid was cut from the production — e.g., inappropriate comment or behavior from someone in the audience, and in there as such that it was impossible to dub out without also muting Lisa's bid.

If it was poor editing, then the video editor needs to be reprimanded. If it was the actions of an audience member, then he needs to be shown the door and never allowed back.

Just asking.

I'm glad the producers decided to make a rule change and see how it pans out before making the decision to retire it. To me it wasn't too hard to understand with the original rules as much as it was to pick out the price of the car with only one pick out of 5 price tags. I would've changed the rule so that when it came down to the contestant having one more card to flip over they would've have the option of changing their initial pick for the car. But I think the new way seems easier that what I would've done.

I think it could've been poor editing. Now granted I don't know about much when it comes to editing a TV show, but I would assume that if their was inappropriate gestures or non-verbal behavior going on they could've cut to a shot of Drew while still keeping her bid in.

The only good things about today's show was Gas money returning with easier rules, 1 pricing game won even though it was setup to be lost (double prices, side by side etc. you shouldn't break the higher price rule), 26k won on the big wheel and lastly no overbids in showcase.  And i think they made gas money easier because there were too many wipeouts with the harder rule.

I don't think the difficulty of the game has changed for better or worse with this change.  How do you think it's easier now?

Well ya know how you had to pick the price of the car first ya didn't know the price so this would pretty much stop you from winning i mean it's slightly easier with the new rule.

I don't think the difficulty of the game has changed for better or worse with this change.  How do you think it's easier now?

Regardless of whether or not the game's actually easier, it creates for more simplistic gameplay. It's less confusing to the contestant, and from the contestant's perspective, this rule change certainly makes the game seem easier to win, even though it's probably just as difficult.

I find it ironic how the show tries to mix up the prizes and offer "cool" things like over-stuffed trips and impossible to price items to make the show less "predictable." Yet, the same things happen every single time a show airs.

Come to think of it, after all those Gas Money losses from last season because of its complicated rules, I like the new rules better.
