Another questions about announcers and future episodes?

A few more questions I guess: 

Has these three: JD, Brad, and Jeff ever been in the same place at one time?  And if so, do they along w/ each other? ..

Is there a site where I can gets a heads-up on if there will be special themed episodes, which one will be theere announcing and which three will be model, etc. during the airing of future episodes?

I know Jeff was in the audience yesterday, but that's about it :/

As for special episodes, I know a Veteran's episode and a Halloween episode are slated.
