Grocery Game: L

Side by Side: W

Lucky 7: L

Plinko: L

I don't know what the other games were.

Just a decent show to say. The showcases weren't that good.

Hopefully the Casey Anthony Show will end before the new season starts Kitch

It's too bad that someone who played the pricing portion of Plinko so well (and with ice water in her veins) did so poorly in the chip dropping part.

Today show was okay it could have been better.
A Big Rich Fields Drew Carey And Jeff Davis Fan For Ever From Kirsten

Rich Fields Thanks Kirsten. I pick out and supply all of my own clothing. That light gray suit is hard to pair with shirts and ties... but I think the lavender shirt and purple patterned tie pulled it all together.

My Favorite Announcers On The Price Is Right Are Johnny Olson Rod Roddy Rich Fields Jeff Davis.

I Met And Took Two Pictures With Jeff Davis On May 24, 2012 He Is So Nice And Kind In Person.

Rich Fields said this about Drew Carey will always be the first to defend Drew (Carey). He's one of the most genuine, down to earth people in Hollywood that I've ever met. He was the first to come to me and tell me that the show was going in a different direction. He assured me it was not his decision to let me go and I believe him. No one else was open and honest about it, but Drew was. We've continued working together on different projects and we stay in regular touch. We'll be good friends well into the future.

Ok show with Side by side won. The show woulda sucked without the side by side win. Lucky 7 was brutal today.

Honestly, they managed to put together a pretty decent 4th of July show today, we just got minimal results out of it. Golden Road for a Corvette is a super-appropriate way to start off (although where is Triple Play?), and the setups were such that the cars were well protected but we could have easily gotten three wins today. Oddly, our only win though ended up being in a game, Side By Side, very much not meant to be won.

Plinko was just pathetic today, and Drew hosted it like he didn't care either. Has anyone ever won exactly $300 (or $400) before? Grocery Game, on the other hand, was just a painfully close loss. She tries those products in a different order, she wins.

Still, overall I felt satisfied with this show; the effort was certainly there to make it a good one. Unfortunately, it ended up being rather lackluster.

Timings:
Golden Road (6) - 4:20
One Right Price (3.5) - 2:52
Grocery Game (5) - 5:48
Side By Side (3.5) - 2:50
Lucky $even (4.5) - 3:37
Plinko (5.5) - 5:58
Total (28): 26:25

I didn't like the Grocery Game gameplay. The seeds were cheap, you should've picked two of them! Not one...

A lot of times I don't get this meant to be lost stuff. I mean I get it with stuff like Lucky Seven prices with extreme digits. But I thought this was an easier than average set-up for Side By Side. I don't consider myself a particularly good Side By Side player, but I guessed right on this one (and I was pretty confident in my guess). It seemed like a good bet that adding the spa surround would lead to the higher price. It's hard to put myself in the shoes of someone who doesn't watch the show, but I feel like even if I didn't watch, I'd know that the surround would add a lot to the price.

Sunflower seeds are ubiquitous enough that I would have thought she'd know they were too cheap. But maybe she felt certain the rice would be too high.

Yes, Flerbert mentioned in chat that somebody won $300 in October 2004.
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

This was the completely unremarkable special I've been expecting for awhile now. Goldy was nice to see (and the right set 3 times in a row!) but even though it was a classic American Corvette (and sexed up), that's three playings of declining, low Goldy values - 73, 71, 66. And set up to be lost even earlier. Would like to see a higher average despite the budget.

L7 has become a joke... and a good barometer of the budget situation. -89 three times in a row now (I think, maybe it's 2) certainly tells you what's up. Also a good barometer is re-used, evil setups - both Sidey & L7 have been exactly used before.

SCs were also completely normal... bah. Things would have gone a bit better if the two games that were supposed to be won, ORP & Grocery, delivered.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

Drew was putrid today.  He didn't care, he mumbled.  There were a couple of contestants who seemed really glad to be there and Drew did not even seem to give them the time of day.  You could not even hear him half the time.  What was the edit in Plinko? The sound went completely silent for about 15 seconds.

Nothing special except for Golden Road.  After it was lost I stopped caring.

I liked the setup today, Plinko and Golden Road in the same show was awesome, However I have to agree that Drews hosting today was HORRIBLE!

Im glad that at least the 2 players that got SCREWED earlier in the show made it to the showcase... I was totally thinking that was going to be a 7 on the motorcycles, and we had a GREAT Plinko player... The chips just didnt fall her way.

Pretty lackluster show that never really delivered.

Was so disappointed to not see Triple Play. Though I guess seeing Golden Road was all right. But like Wayoshi said, the end prizes been going down in price considerably.

Yay! Grocery Game!

I didn't like the Grocery Game gameplay. The seeds were cheap, you should've picked two of them! Not one...

Another pack of sunflower seeds would've barely put her over. According to chat, I think it was $21.03 with two.

I believe someone said that someone won $300 in Plinko in 2004.
