More specifically, the Season 19 finale (June 14, 1991). Slightly over two days remain on the auction, with the price currently at $10.25 (which includes free standard shipping).

Notably, there are no exclamation points on the first page, although I presume the underlines are meant to convey those.

The above is my opinion and mine alone.

To answer your questions: yes, I am a guy and yes, I have a face. (I also have the occasional spurt of weirdness.)

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

And the actual retail price of the Price is Right Game Show Script Autographed by Bob Barker is... $56.00.  At least, that's what it went for in that particular auction.
Fun fact: Evelyn Wong, the 5th person to be called on the first show (9/4/72), was actually the very first contestant to directly be called to come on down!  The original first four (Sandy Flornor, Paul Levine, Connie Donnel, Myra Carter) were individually told to stand up, and then, as a group, were invited to come on down.

I was planning on snapping this up had the price not jumped that high. $50+ is a bit excessive.

The problem with such an item is that there are potentially thousands upon thousands of scripts, so its possible that another could pop up at another time. I hope the winner was a G-R'er so he/she can share it with us. I wouldn't have bid more than $30. I would love to bid on a script from a banned episode if it appears.

Well, now that it's arrived, I will go ahead and let you all know that I did indeed win this auction, along with another auction that included the 5000th show script.

Yes, it may have been a bit much, but I have a little extra money right now, so I figured, why not?  :-)

Incidentally, I have the 5000th show script, and an older one...may also be 8085D...or somewhere close to that.  If anyone is interested, let me know via email.  I'll have to dig them out of storage, but I have them.  $50 each.  Otherwise, they'll end up on eBay too, eventually.

I stand corrected....the one I have is 4824D, from the Johnny Olson days.
