     When are contestants going to understand that when they first place the car price numbers in Temptation, the ding does NOT mean they are right?

Never. I wish that Drew would do the reveal on the first number right after the number appears, and then after the second selection say something like "I'm going to wait to check the rest until later." Because it still feels like we're three numbers in before people finally realize that putting the number on the board doesn't mean it's correct.

That isn't a bad idea.  Other than that, I'm not sure what else could work or if it's even a super big deal.  This was an issue (a minor one TBH) even before Drew became the host

True. But when I hear part of the audience cheering on the first two numbers, and a fewer number of them on the third, it drives me nuts. It did whenever it happened when Bob was hosting too. I think it's a mix of people not knowing the game and just being caught up in the excitement of the moment.
