Pick-A-Number bothers me when it's played like it was today, with the tens digit being the missing slot. It's led me to wonder---has the game ever been played even one time with the *ones* digit missing?

A number of times.  Going purely on my questionable memory, it tends to be the least common digit to be missing, but it does happen.

(See above.)

I've seen Pick a Number a few times with the last digit missing.

Thing is, though...when Pick-a-Number is played with the last digit missing, it's usually set up to be won.  It's generally a choice between two really wrong-looking numbers and 0, 5, or 9.

Flip Flop = big time CSTD. Who knew France was almost $10K?

I do believe that Drew gave Jacob (whinbaby) a semi-shoutout in Let 'em Roll. He's watching your stats, my friend! :-)

It's why I hate Pick a Number. If it's the first or last number, you might know it. Otherwise, it's a pure guess and not much of a game

Opening:  What was that elderly lady doing in the aisles during the CODs?

Roll:  Yay!  Let 'Em Roll! :P Proof that Drew regularly reads our website.  Only people who read Jacob's recaps would know that prizes modeled by Gabi and Rachel are won more often than those modeled by anybody else.  Kristie definitely proved it with that fantastic first roll.

ME:  Easy.

PA#:  This again?!  Roger is obsessed with this game this season.  This is the fourth PA# playing in the course of a month.  I really wish that Drew would lift the slider so hard that it breaks and the game has to be retired...

SC #1:  Passing Lane for jet skis?!  WTF, Stan?!  That bid doesn't even cover the jet skis.  :gotc:

My showcase bids:
Jet skis--$26,907
Car--$20,307
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

I always mean to comment about a lot of the shows and never find the time to write comments. Well like some of you all thought, I thought it was neat to see Drew using a hidden reference to golden-road.net during Let 'em Roll. He should've told them the site and to check us out. Who knows, we may have got a million hits that same day! lol.

$1400 for a portable VCR?!  Am I the only person who thought that was absolutely insane?!  Why the heck would anyone buy a portable VCR that costs $1400 when someone can buy a regular VCR for under $100?  Heck, portable DVD players aren't usually, or ever possibly, that expensive!  I'm very curious what market that thing is aimed at.

Out of curiosity, I looked it up on Sony's store. It accepts MiniDV tapes, so its probably aimed at either TV/film producers out in the field, or an "extreme" hobbyist who wants to show off their HD home movies (like my brother-in-law).

I see you're very humble, whinny.  I was hoping you'd at least share how accurate Drew was, with saying Rachel and Gabi were especially lucky.

1/2 Off: My guess would've also been 10.  Too bad.

FlipFlop: A $9,474 trip to France??!!!  :-o Did that make my day.

Roll: Very great and easy win.

Most: Purely obvious. good job.

Cover: The 9 and 6 would've not been my choices for the third and fourth digits and got another loss for it.

Pick #: Did I mention I don't like his game?

Showcases: The lazy models showcase was done very well by Rachel, lanisha, and Gaby. Hope we don't see any lazy ones ever. I would've bid $22K on that Mercury showcase.  Talk about cheaper than how it looks.

A 3-star show.
